CRM is a unique product by INI Technologies, which enables the fully streamlined functioning of all process in Customer Relationship Management any enterprise whether it is small, medium or large.
The main customer of this system will be importer/ Exporter or their agents who want container trailers for transporting their goods from /to ICTT. The service providers will be the transporting companies registered with Cochin Port. There will be separate login areas and access control to each stakeholder.
INI provides the following software's for Sea Ports AirportsThe customer will log in into the system and will make an indent for a trailer, specifying necessary details. The system will accept the request, will publish the same in the Portal and sent an SMS message/Mail Message to the trailer operator registered with Port.
The trailer operator may participate in the opportunity either through Online, SMS or through a mobile application to the system quoting his rate for the specified trip. The quotes of the operators along with service charge applicable will be visible to the customer on his screen. The Customer will have the flexibility to choose the vendor. Upon receipt of the trip order, the transporter executes the transportation operation. The transporter obtains an acknowledgment from the customer and submits proof of satisfactory completion of the order to the system.
